Vinegar-based eye of round marinades?

Does anyone have a good vinegary marinade for sous vide eye of round? My usual sous vide recipe for this cut is pretty standard Worcestershire, garlic, etc., but my wife really likes things with that vinegar tang to it. I'd wing it but I worry about making it too overpowering. Any tested recipes or advice is appreciated.
