RMA PSU or just buy new one?

I bought a Lian-Li Sp850 for my build about 4 months ago (past return date), and a couple of days ago it started making a soft clicking sound for about 20ish seconds ONLY on start up. After that it goes away and is extremely quiet for the rest of the day. The sound is similar to if something soft like a feather got caught in the fan then was slowly removed. I don't smell anything or experience any issues while gaming. I can attach a video later after work if need be.

My thought is if I RMA it, I'll just run into the same issue, so I'm kinda leaning on buying the cooler master sf850 and eating the loss. Any thoughts?
