Back Pain / Finger Paresthesia
Context - 23 y.o. male, 5' 8", 150 lbs. No past medical history, not taking any medications.
I've been experiencing a sharp, asphyxiating pain along my back, underlying my shoulder blade at the level of T2-4. This can be elicited from turning my head to the left side or by flaring my lats. Has been ongoing for about 2 weeks. I work out frequently, and initially thought this may just be musculoskeletal in nature.
Over the past few days, I've started to notice a numbness and reduced strength (very mild) in my right ring and pinky fingers. I have a lot of health anxiety and may be overplaying this a bit, but there is definitely a difference between my right and left hands.
What are your thoughts? I've been taking NSAIDs with some improvement, but would appreciate further recommendations.
