Need advice

Hi, over a month ago after not the last update but the update before it, my a54 after dying and being charged, started boot looping. I fixed this issue, and now I'm signed out of all my Gmail accounts. If I try to log back in it tells me "Sorry, an error occured" and it doesn't let me sign back in. I'm also locked out of my galaxy account. My galaxy account & Gmail account says that my phone is logged in yet my phone is refusing to actually show me this. I have gotten into contact with Samsung support only to be told to factory reset my phone, however I cannot do this as none of my photos and videos are backed up, and two of my animating apps (flippaclip & alight motion) have not got cloud storage that is free. I am willing to pay for cloud storage for alight motion, however flippaclip has the ability for you to download the project file and import it into a new device, which I would d if I can access it. The problem is that for some reason, every time I try to open an app that is signed in with Google it takes me to the play store, to sign into my email - which I can't do because my phone won't let me.

I'm here t ask if anyone knows any other ways I can try and gain access to my emails and galaxy account again????
