am i overreacting

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦family/in-laws

My brother was not working so he moved back home until something came up. He was able to find a job not on the same island he lived but on the island i live in June of this year with his training beginning first week of July. He made no plans to secure himself an apartment. so the day before he is to arrive my mom calls me to ask if he my brother told me he is coming down i said no he didn't, she was like oh he'll only be there until his apartment is ready that was june this is now october. all i said was ok because my mother and i relationship is strained at best. For years she disregarded anything to do with me unless it was something bad because to her it was like that was all i was good for. I have been trying for years to be apart of my mothers love but at this point in life i give up. she can love me or dont i dont care anymore. He makes $2300-$3000 per month and the country we live we don't pay taxes and out of that he only gives me $200 per month. I have 3 years old twin daughters who i take care of on my own(godparents, some aunts, uncles and the church) helps from time to time. My rent $750, power$200-350, babysitter $400, internet $180, groceries $300 taxi fare$100. He has eaten the girls lunch, he never cooks but eats all the food if i cook. i had to resort to hiding my food but my one bedroom is only so big so only so many hiding places. i have come home to soak and dirty towels on the bathroom floor where he used the washer machine and made a mess. I think I've reach my wits end when my manager called and asked me to come in i was suppose to be off, i ask can you watch the girls for two hours until the sitter comes the wait between my question and his response was so long i almost had to ask a second time he finally answered ok just make sure she comes because I'm leaving early out early. Am i the axxhole for wanting him to leave or am i overreacting?
