is bui worth pulling for right now?

usually i try to go for every character, i skipped on bui and phoebe the first time around because i just didnt really care about them.

with bui coming back, and i still dont have messa, and oracle coming soon, is she worth pulling for right now? or should i ignore her and save my gems for oracle, and wait til bui goes into the standard banner thing, or whatever its called?

im not looking for minmaxxing or meta builds or anything, but i am lacking an electric damage dealer i'd like to use for the velvet trials. motoha is decent enough, but (at least my) ayaka isnt really suited for that stuff
