Any real Spotify promotion?

I got a msg from Spotify saying that my song has had over 1k Spotify promotions and my total profile plays have been over 30% boted I thought I’ve been using legit reps (so songtools, Damioon Moon, Mets ads worth playlist hub) I’m guessing you can only use Spotify for artists nowa days. Anyone had success with anything else?
