Giro helmet recommendation?

Last year I got the giro ledge and I honestly didn’t like it much. Sure it looked cool but the fit was way too loose on my head, especially when I took the ear pads out. Was wondering if anybody had a helmet recommendation where there is a dial system and the ear pads are removable. I’m looking at the giro Owen spherical, but I can’t tell if for one the ear and pads come out and two if I’m going to look like I have a mushroom on my head.
