Spreading the word: athletic tape

I have KP on my arms and facial/body acne and have struggled with CSP since I was in middle school. I'm now in my late 20s. I've been having a pretty bad time recently, been under significant stress and I'm unable to let any of my wounds heal, particularly on my arms. Yesterday, I found some athletic tape in my closet (I think it's KT tape), the stretchy expensive kind, not like a medical bandage, and put it over my arms. It's so sticky and stretchy, and EXPENSIVE, that I was able to go for many hours before peeling the tape off to pick again. It's not like a bandage that is bulky, or a small bandaid that has a low barrier to just taking it off to address the one wound underneath. That tape shit is expensive and covers a large surface area, plus it doesn't get in the way of clothes and stays on for a long time. This has been the best thing I've ever tried that actually stops me from fucking with my arms. Just wanted to spread the word, thanks y'all.
