Discovered PVCs Feb 2024 but I have no symptoms.

Last year, I randomly discovered I have PVCs. I got home from work one day and was laying down. My wife laid next to me with her head on my chest and heard my heart beat. She heard them and insisted I get them checked out. I have no symptoms and still don’t to this day.

I was able to see a cardiologist pretty quickly and my echo and stress test came back showing I have a healthy, structurally sound heart. My burden was at 11% after the 48 hour Holter. My cardiologist insisted on medication but I’d rather not unless it’s my only option.

Fast forward to now. Echo and stress test came back the same.. heart is structurally sound. However my burden went up to 20%. I’m bummed out since I made major lifestyle changes like working out more and eating a well balanced diet. I don’t drink ever or smoke. Caffeine intake is minimal too. Stress however, well my stress levels are high due to my job.

What sucks is my last couple EKGs captured zero PVCs. 20% and no symptoms, 46 yrs old. Anyone else experiencing this too? I also asked for a referral to an EP for further evaluation.

I’m just so disappointed since I’m working hard to make sure my body gets what it needs. Stress is my biggest challenge.
