Anyone here tried a 3 wheel bike for adults on gravel?

I’ve been seeing more 3 wheel bikes for adults lately and was wondering if anyone’s actually taken one on gravel trails? I know they’re mostly used for stability or casual rides, but I’m curious how they handle rougher terrain. Would love to hear if anyone’s tried modifying them for better traction or balance on uneven paths.
