Learning event driven poll books/ resources

Hello! I’m currently learning event driven programming with poll. I aim for it to be single threaded and not use third party libraries. I currently use the man pages, TLPI, and advance Unix programming.

If you have any other resources that you’d like to share I would appreciate it.

Currently I am able to add connections but when taking an event with Pollin I end up in an infinite logging loop
