Cross Platform Save Doesn't Work

Hi, I have recently started playing and I bought the game on PC from Steam and on Nintendo Switch. I connected both to the same Poncle account and after playing on switch I uploaded local safe to the cloud. However, the cloud safe on the PC is empty and after downloading it I am at 0 progress and for switch the same thing. It's not that terrible since I have only completed stage 1 but I want to know if I did something wrong or is there an order or flow in which the feature would work? Or should I just ignore the feature and store both saves locally?
