Why would the obgyn be leaving a voicemail to discuss test results?

I’m so nervous. I just had my first Pap smear. I’ve had penetrative sex probably 5 times, oral sex a ton. My boyfriend is kind of lacking sex ed about condom sizes, which we figured out. It just makes me think at some point the condom slipped and I transmitted something. Or the skin on skin contact from fingers could’ve caused something. I take birth control. We both were virgins before each other. But please I’m nervous as hell. I’m trying not to have a panic attack to call my obgyn back. What kind of results could a Pap smear give? Do they normally give results over the phone? My doctor said she would post it on the portal when they get in, it’s been two days.
