Katy vs Fort Bend ISD??

My family is relocating to Htx this winter and my neurodivergent child needs an elementary school that is capable of supporting his behavioral/social & emotional needs in the classroom setting. He currently has an IEP, which will have to be transferred to the new school. I've heard that both Katy and Sugarland have top rated elementary programs especially for neurodivergent children, although it seems FB may be having retention issues/waitlists for services (I found a recent report that FBISD has been working to catch up on overdue special-education IEP evaluations/re-evaluations)? Would love to hear your thoughts & personal experiences during this school year!!
