large gauge clickers

ive been sizing up my septum and im at ~7g. im trying to find a clicker thats 6g with 10mm diameter—i know they exist, but are just harder to find

im willing to look at custom jewelry if i have to since i usually wear gold and bronze. any online shop recs would be great. i live in nc so if anyone knows places here that i can get stuff from, that also works! thank you :)
