ignored by seller

So I found some items I really wanted and wrote the seller and asked when would they be able to post off for me , if I purchased them. They said next day. So I paid right away. Seemed like a lovely seller. But it's now been 6 days and they've still not posted the items and I've inboxed them asking if they are still posting out. She's read my message and not getting back to me at all. I spent £120.00. What's annoyed me even more is, I got others items from another seller to match the ones I got from her.. What would you do? Wait or just cancel the order.
