Where to find baddies

There are no baddies in my batch I have seen many walking around , haven't joined any societies . Is there any way to interact with them for obv reasons🙏🏻🙏🏻

FYI 9.54 cg hai padhne ka mat bol dena. Tired of working on side projects with many people(no baddies).
