Weird ramped up accelerated movement?

I want to like the game and the movement but i noticed when looking/turning (right stick) seems to start slow, then after a second ramp up and spin really fast. Does this to a degree with every sensitivity, its just a build in multiplier. Feels weird and makes me motion sick honestly. And makes me too aware of how much im looking before it starts to fly fast.

Is there a way to turn this off and have the camera one consistent speed? Playing on console
