Did they fix carrier trading?

I've been having problems with my platinum buy order in Salikians for 2 weeks now. People would sell me platinum, the order would decrease by how much they sold me, but the money would not leave the carrier, and the platinum would not be in the cargo. I noticed this morning platinum slowly building in the cargo while also having my buy order slowly filled. Did they shadow fix this with the clipper offering? Are people still having these carrier issues?
