Selling my ‘23 year car - no MOT required question

Advice

I will preface this with saying this is my first car so I’m relatively new to everything in the car world.

I bought a 23 plate KIA ceed last year and I’m looking to sell it as I’m moving abroad.

Is WBAC (or similar, WBAC had best online quote) is my best option if I want a relatively quick (within a month) sale?

WBAC have offered me (online only) 15k for it, I bought it for 19k last year.

This car is not due an MOT until March 2026. Is this affecting the valuation? Do you think it’s worth holding off until Feb (if I can) and getting it a year worth of MOT before trying to sell it, or will the depreciation outweigh waiting for this?

The car has only done 21k miles, 7k of which since I owned it. I have not had it serviced in the time I have owned it (coming up to 1 year).

Any advice welcome on where to sell, how to sell, MOT etc.

Cheers!
