Bridges and Ports DLC not downloaded, despite game update

I've owned CS:II since launch and from what I've read in the various subs, everyone who owned the game was going to get the DLC. Was this a misunderstanding? Also, I do have the San Francisco map (from the initial CS:II purchase), but no assets were downloaded.

Thanks in advance!!
