Banned. What? Why?

I went to book a spot on AirBNB and I logged in and I was told my account had been closed. I called support and they said the team would reach out to me. I got an email that said my account was removed from the platform because it is closely associated with a person who isn’t allowed to use AirBnB. They then followed up with we can’t offer you any additional support and you can’t create another account. No additional context , no help, nothing. I had a perfect rating/reviews as a guest. I did not host, ever. If I was hacked from another email I would’ve seen the updates in that email. I am so confused. Has this happened to anyone else?
