No one wanted to fight

Weird bug I had. Not seen it before the expac. I relogged to see if that fixed it before recording and it did.

Nothing would aggro on me. eventually their out of combat regen would stop but they still wouldn't fight.

If I was stopping a freebooter recruiter they would go back to green at about 40% and I could re-engage them to finish them off and get the heart progression.

Anyone else had this?
