No Incoming Emails

Hello

Recently I’ve signed upto website like blogs and forums and it’s says ‘pending account authentication’.

But I’ve had no emails for the sites I’ve signed upto?

And it said it would be instant ?

I’ve typed my email correct. And tried to get a resend on the email verification and nothing is going to my email

Any help?
