Opinions about getting plastic surgery in Japan?

I haven’t seen anyone talks about getting a procedure there, talking about the media of course. While their results are amazing, I rarely see any foreigners taking a step to do a thing there or popular docs posting foreigners clients (do they even receive/accept them??) which is fine but also so strange to me.

I just want general information about this topic from a foreigner perspective, any advice or thoughts are appreciated! Hopefully this doesn’t break any sub rules haha.. Thank you.
