ADVICE NEEDED: dividing high $ assets with a powerful narcissist

He is a very powerful, successful narcissist with a very successful business that was started and built during the course of our marriage. I work too but make less. I need to look out for the future interest of our children. Please share your advice and experience with dividing a high net worth business asset ($20+ million).
