Question about the sleep tracker

I'm thinking about buying a Active 2 and I wanted to know if I'm allowed to set a customized sleep schedule. I work during the evenings, so I need a smartwatch that allows me to set my own sleep schedule instead of the dealt "you MUST to sleep 10PM because it's health for you".
