Nightshift and medications

I work night shifts throughout the week. I am on medications that make me drowsy and I cannot figure out a schedule to take them. Im hoping this makes sense its difficult to explain Ex: Nightshift Monday- take my meds when Im home 8am on Tuesday(I sleep all day)

Nightshift Tuesday- take my meds when im home 8am on Wednesday (I sleep all day)

Nightshift Wednesday off Thursday(I sleep a few hours so i can sleep thurs night)/friday/saturday/sunday- so I need to flip my meds to taking at bedtime since im off.

Which means there's a gap from taking my meds Wednesday morning and having to wait until Thursday night to take them again so it's like im skipping my meds for +24 hours

Which worries me about withdrawals and side effects
