Debilitated venus

Hello.. I am a scorpio ascendant with venus in virgo in 11th . ( venus is 7th and 12th house lord)It has 4th aspect of mars in 8th house.

Had one sided relationship in life but have moved on. Trying for marriage but no success. I am in early 30's. I wanted to know is this because of debiliated venus

Many astrologers are advicing me that Since my venus is debiliated I may not get married or even if I it will have problems

I am asking this question to if anyone has this experience with debilitated venus
