Do you journal your trades? If so, where and how?

I’ve been trying to get more disciplined with journaling my trades, but honestly it can be really time consuming, especially on days when I take multiple entries and exits across different coins or timeframes.

Most of the good trade journaling platforms I’ve found are behind a paywall, which results me having to do it in a notepad online all the time.

Just curious, do you journal your trades? And if so, what tools do you use, spreadsheets, paid platforms, custom setups? Does it actually help you improve?
