Eastern European Stores/Restaurants

Hey guys! I have recently moved to Tucson and I'm looking for places to enjoy some Eastern European cuisine, mainly Slovakian, Polish and Czech, as that is where I'm originally from. If anyone has any recommendations, please let me know!

I'm specifically looking to buy "knedľa" from somewhere to make "svíčková na smotane," but any recommendations where to get anything of this type of food are more than welcome!
