My Ex-unblocked me how should I approach

Guy I don't know where to ask but me and my ex broke up and went no contact almost a year ago(dec 14th) she even blocked me. Flash forward to recently I noticed she unblocked me because she came up in recommended, so I happened in the last couple days, then later that same day my brother went out to eat with a friend and she was the server eventually she said "im just gonna say it how is Ree" and now im sitting here confused and a little anxious about what is happening.
