For those that complain about people not voting
It’s an illusion of choice. In the U.S., it’s basically Republican or Democrat. Most people vote that way because the system and the establishment push it, making independents or third-party candidates seem like “wasted votes.” The reality: the system funnels you toward options that serve party agendas, not the public interest.
Voting for the “lesser evil” doesn’t fix anything; it just reinforces a setup where real choice doesn’t exist. People don’t vote for candidates they disagree with because it would mean backing policies they oppose. The system makes you feel like you have power, while channeling every move toward outcomes the establishment wants. Complaining while playing by its rules only keeps the cycle alive.
The problem isn’t that we aren’t voting; the problem is where the majority will land. If you want people to vote, your vote needs to go to candidates who prioritize the collective interest, not just their party’s agenda. Otherwise, the cycle keeps spinning and we keep getting the same old outcomes over and over again. Does this make sense?
