One PC for two people

My friend lives with his family, including siblings who recently discovered Pony Town. But he's been permanently banned for using multiple accounts some time ago. The problem is that they use one PC. And his sibling's account was also banned by mistake. Any advice? What proof can the other user provide to prove they're not the same person?
