Berlin - Finding English-speaking jobs in bars and clubs

Hey all! I recently moved to Berlin and I am looking for temporary part-time jobs. My German is not advanced (just B1 level). Does anyone have suggestions on the best approaches to find jobs in clubs and bars where a good knowledge of English is enough? So far, I have visited several bars and clubs, but in most, German is expected and a strict requirement. But I know many newcomers have worked in bars and clubs without speaking a word of German, so I am wondering if there is anything I should be aware of or any specific bars or clubs I should reach out to.
