I can’t breathe

So, finally the clinic where I had the surgery has sent me my medical file after almost fighting for it🙄. To my surprise they’ve mentioned ‘turbinectomy’. I’ve never had breathing problems or any other kind of issues. This was pure cosmetic. I don’t understand why they removed my turbinates and can’t ask because they are hard to reach.

Now, I’m 2mo PO and just CANT breathe and it’s driving me crazy. I also keep hearing this whistle in my nose especially on the left side. I’ve never had a devitad septum or crooked or whatsoever. Functional my nose was perfect. I just had a hump and droopy nose and a bit of a big nose

Is this normal? Is anyone having breathing problems now post-op? ChatGPT (i know stupid) is telling me to take actions as soon as possible and might need a revision before the 12mo mark. Is this true?
