Should i get a fixed energy tariff?

First time buyer got keys yesterday. Not sure if i should fix my tariff? Got a quote from Octopus energy for £100p/m

For clarity it will be just me and my brother living in the house. We have an electric hob and gas central heating. Should I fix at 100p/m or could it be less?
