What could this spot be?

It’s in the very middle of my back and I only noticed it when I was normally scratching my back and found two new scabs. I later looked in the mirror to find it. It doesnt itch or burn or feel sore at all. But its big and scary looking and I havent noticed it before. The only thing I can think of is when I was 17, I had a spot that was lighter than my skin and a different shape and a bit smaller that eventually went away.

I’m 22F, I’m diagnosed with ADHD, I don’t smoke or vape or do anything, I havent drank in several weeks, I’m 5’7 and 107 lbs (currently trying to improve that part) and I don’t take any medication but I was prescribed and taking adhd stimulants early in the last year
