Taking PS Account Off of Another Device Without Having Access to Said Device

My ex girlfriend randomly messaged me asking me to take my Playstation account off of her Playstation. Its on there from when we were together. Is there when way to get it off of her playstation without me having to physically interact with her and without Having to delete my account?
