ICICI Bank Sapphiro Credit Card - MasterCard/AMEX

I have been offered with ICICI card ICICI Bank Sapphiro Credit Card - MasterCard/AMEX, which i approved , but not activated yet.

Joining Fee: NIL+ Goods and Services Tax
Annual Fee: NIL+ Goods and Services Tax (NIL when card spends are greater than Rs in the previous year).

Do you think it would be beneficial for me.

Flight travel is very rare in my case.

I always prefer under budget hotels.

I only think one benefit for me which 1+1 bookmyshow offer.

Any suggestion for me should i go with this and get activated?
