Safe tapering 20mg prozac

Hello everyone it's zakaria 20 yo I used to take prozac for 1 year and it's just now I realized how bad it mess with the gut and inflame it so it makes your face puffy all time if you eat only one apple you get bloated so I was wondering if I can safely taper 20mg not cold turkey but like split the capsule or something like that if anyone has an idea please talk to me in comment or privately I'm also on quetiapine aka Seroquel btw thanks yall
