How do I talk to my gf about my doubts?

So my girlfriend (F22) and I (M23) have been together for 1,5 years. We met at an exchange program and since that ended we have about 3000 kms of distance between us. We visit each other as much as we can (we're both in uni) but other times it's long distance. I've also spent a semester in her country since then. So in a way you can say we're really lucky but also that the real long distance is starting only now (as we're both out of study-abroad opportunities).

And now I have doubts. First of all, her country is much better than mine in every metric (maybe except nature). So in a way it's an unsaid but sure thing that in the end I will move there. She jokes about it a lot of times that I should "move there forever". I don't know how to feel about that. I know my country has a lot of problems but I still feel connected to it, I have friends and family. In my life a lot of people told me to move out as soon as I can but I always said that if nobody stays, things will never get better. I know it's idealistic but that's really what I believe.

Connected to this is the fact that she doesn't want to learn my language. I'm learning hers, I've taken classes and am making progress on my own. But I had to buy her a textbook from mine which she hasn't even opened...only once when I nudged her to do it. She says she doesn't have time but I have more classes, I'm commuting on the weekends etc. and I still found some time for learning.

Otherwise when she came to my country she had fun, I like her country as well, but I felt really like an outsider when I studied there (my language abilities were not so great yet).

Our official stand on the matter of our future is that so many things can happen, we will see, we'll decide later. This is what we settled on when I tried to talk about it again.

I don't know why but I can't be satisfied with this answer. My mind always returns to this train of thought that I will have to sacrifice everything and move there for good. And it's a huge leap of faith. We're also putting all of our resources towards meeting and upkeeping this relationship so maybe that's why it feels like such an important question to me.

I love her, I love spending time with her but the fact that I keep leaving my friends, family and hobbies for 2-3 weeks every 2-3 months is having an effect on my life. She can't leave so often because of schedules so it's usually me who's going.

So I don't really know how to break this to her without steering the conversation into breakup territory. I would just like this to be more equal, for the relationship to feel like it can swing both ways (or even towards a 3rd country). For me not to get filled with anxiety when people ask: "and what are your plans for the future?" "Is she learning your language?"...

So how would you approach this? When and where is it a good time to talk about this? Am I at fault for having so many doubts?
