Does it work ?

Will this actually help if youre just tired of existing ? I'm so low at the moment, I have no interest in anything, I have no life, barely see anyone, I'm alone 90% of the time. I don't really see a point to anything but I wasn't like this until a few months ago , now I feel like I just can't take it much longer, the same day over and over again . I have 25mg sertraline but not started it yet .
