Aphelios pick rate in on-going Worlds 2025

Is nobody going to question why a supposed "pro play" champ hasn't been picked once by a single team? Even after the numerous buffs that he received to push him to be picked in pro still nobody wants to pick him.
Either get him out of pro jail in terms of balancing or push him to be played more in pro play. Feels like he is stuck in between.
