Here is the document which finally discusses the dna on the sheath.

1.1 is Kohberger.

1.2 and 1.3 are mixtures, which *do* include male dna but were too low level for additional testing. These samples were taken from the edges of the sheath which I find super interesting. It’s as if the person who handled the sheath didn’t want to touch the leather directly so they carefully held it by the edges?

No fingerprints were found anywhere on the sheath. How did Kohberger get *skin cells* on the sheath without any fingerprints? And if he wore gloves when handling it, how did the skin cells get inside there?

1.4 is a mixture which includes majority Kaylee, potentially Maddie, and then an unknown male. 1.4 has been tested against numerous males including Ethan, BK, and all of the alt perps **all of which were excluded from this mixture**. I’m still trying to figure out exactly how much male dna was in this mixture, according to my research so far it’s a very small amount and the sample is primarily female, but that there *is* male dna present which explains why they are testing it against other males trying to find a match.

1.4 is the blood stains on the back of the sheath, the documents that I’ve read so far do not specify what type of dna is mixed only that it is a mixture. So the male dna *could* be blood, sweat, skin cells, etc. But I don’t know yet as I haven’t seen anything confirming either way. If anyone can find it in the docs feel free to let me know but I’ll keep searching in the meantime.
