Why do i get so many games vs bots in ranked?

My last 3 ranked games were against bots. Em3 rank. Like wtf?if i wanted to pkay vs bots i would picked the respective mod. i want to play vs real human beings even when on loose streak to play better. I dont like easy wins. And no options to avoid it unfortunately. Is it fair?
