First Period on Halloween

So yesterday Me (13) and my best friend went trick or treating and it was all going well until I noticed red spots on my costume (I was a ghost so my costume was white and it was very easy to spot) so I started stressing so bad because there was literally no where to go and check what had happened so we had to go in a bush and my friend gove me a tampon to use but that’s not the point my parents are away on vacation right now so is there anything I can use at home if this happens again in the next few days
