Amazon Hamme, ANR10 Working Culture
Hi everyone,
I recently got approached by Amazon Belgium (Hamme) for a non-tech engineering role, and it looks like I might be getting an offer soon. The recruitment process has been really positive so far, they sound quite promising about the role and the work environment. (L5 or L6 not yet agreed upon) but I’d like to hear some real-life experiences before I make any decision.
What’s it actually like working there? How’s the work culture, management approach, and general atmosphere on site? Is it high-pressure, or fairly balanced?
I’ve heard very mixed things about Amazon depending on the country, so I’m wondering if the Belgian operation (Hamme) has a different culture. Is it the kind of place where you can grow and develop, or do people tend to move on quickly?
Any honest insights would be greatly appreciated, the good, the bad, and everything in between.
Thanks in advance
