Warlock season 1 TWW tier set question

Hello,

If i were to obtain the Luminous nerubian catalyst stone from killing Mythic Ansurek, would all of the tier set shoulders get the arm visual that comes from the mythic shoulders? Or do they just get the faint glow coming off them?
